Here’s your chance to celebrate, support, and participate in the rivalry like never before. Declare your allegiance and receive your race shirt in either Dark Blue or Carolina Blue. Run or walk the 5K course and receive the first edition finisher's Blue Blood medallion bottle opener.

That’s OK. Choose the “Party Crasher" division and receive the custom crasher t-shirt in white and red! Fans of all schools will gather to compete for supremacy in the fun, festive atmosphere, while raising money for our race charity.
Can't get to Durham on November 10th?
Sign up for the BBR 5k Virtual Run and receive a T-shirt and Medallion after the race. With runners in 18 states and the District of Columbia last year, we plan to reach all 50 this year! You can run the Virtual Race anytime and anywhere! We encourage you to run before the race date and send us your photos (info@bluebloodrivalry.com) or simply post your picture on Instagram or Twitter (make sure your account is set to public when posting) with Hashtag #BlueBloodRivalry to be featured on our website (BlueBloodRivalry.com). We want Duke, Carolina, NC State and Party Crashers world-wide, no matter where you are on race day, to get involved with the Blue Blood Rivalry 5K to support the Special Olympics.

The Blue Blood Rivalry Run is a 5K fun run / walk. Entry includes:

Results and Awards:
Runners can visit the green Precision Race "Results" tent in the post-race area to get your personal results printout including time as well as overall, gender and age group rankings.
Runners and friends and family can also see LIVE results in the free ItsYourRace mobile app and online HERE.
Awards are provided by Fleet Feet Sports and include:
- Top 2 overall males & females
- Top 3 males and females in these age groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
